So Hum Wellness by Keisean Raines offers Holistic Lifestyle Coaching and Private Yoga & Meditation classes in the Greater Long Beach & Los Angeles areas. Additionally, we offer remote access to the Online Community through our Be Well Membership platform for paid subscribers. Through personalized Coaching, we provide our clients with a toolkit called The So Hum Method; a proven combination of daily practices of Yoga, Meditation & Nutrition designed to cultivate a life rooted in Wellness.
About Keisean Raines
So Hum Wellness is led by Keisean Raines, an RYA Certified Yoga Instructor, and Holistic Lifestyle Coach. On her journey of self-discovery, and personal development she began to study New Thought, Ancient Wisdom, Nichiren Buddhism, The Yoga Sutras and more. She was looking for the answers to the timeless question, "Who Am I and Why Am I Here?". In 2013 during a meditation while chanting the mantra 'So Hum', she received a "divine download". The voice in her heart said: "All the answers you seek can be found within your reflection. Look no further than your own mind." Following this experience, she was led to create So Hum Wellness, a Holistic Lifestyle Coaching business that serves the community by helping others cultivate a life of peace.
By turning within to discover the truest desires of her heart and life direction she began cultivating a life of peace, abundance and whole body wellness. After completing a RYA Yoga Teacher Training at Yogalution Movement Studio (Long Beach, CA), Keisean began teaching private and group yoga classes for Adults and co-created a Youth Yoga program.
Keisean has collaborated with other Life Coaches, Fitness Professionals and Holistic healers to facilitate Women's Empowerment Groups, Nutrition Consulting, Pop-Up Yoga Classes and Meditation Workshops.
Keisean does this work to support people in the pursuit of their dreams and goals by creating precision plans to help cultivate a life that is happy, healthy and complete. Applying wisdom gained through the study of Yoga Philosophies and Universal Truths she’s amassed a wealth of knowledge to help Inspire, Empower and Impact the world in a positive way.
She designs programs to help cultivate self-acceptance through the practice of Intentional Action paired with Precision Focus and Growth Mindset. The intention is to guide clients through the steps to creating a life that is Healthy, Happy and Whole. The intention is to help you create the changes to have success and positive growth in your life, by helping you discover solutions to life's greatest challenges.
